some issues with noise levels
poor soundproofing hall noise
the staff were friendly, it was acceptable.
the soundproofing was not good at all. i could hear everything that happened in the hall and next door. it was only a short stay for sleeping, but i wouldn't want more than one or two nights.

awful soundproofing loud music
location was acceptable, with trams nearby.
the soundproofing was awful. i heard everything from the hall and next door, so it was hard for me to get rest. the bar downstairs played loud music til late.

Krystin and Yana were helpful. They provided valuable information about tourist spots. They ensured I had everything I needed for a great visit. The self-check-in option was convenient given my late arrival.. I filled my water bottles using the downstairs water taps.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear noises from the hallway, which sometimes made relaxation difficult.

The room was super clean, tidy and well kept. It had effective air conditioning. I found the bed and pillows provided restful sleep. The bathroom was spacious and very practical.

the staff provided coffee and water at all times. i found the location convenient with bus and tram stops very close. the front desk person secured a taxi early in the morning for airport transportation.
soundproofing seemed nonexistent i could hear noises from the hallway.
